How do I make a booking on your website?

It is very easy to make a booking with us, just follow our steps. You can choose one way transfer or return. One of the location MUST BE Pula Airport (eather pickup or drop-off location). If you wish not to be Pula Airport one of the locations please contact us by email or phone to book your private transfer.

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to book except your personal information and number of passanger, departure and arrival location (together with date and time) you will have to choose private sedan od minivan transfer and payment method (PayPal in advance or cash payment to the driver before departure).

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

UBER TRANSFERS is a company offering private transfer services from Pula Airport to any location or from any location to Airport Pula. However all location cannot be specified, so if you need to choose any other departure or arrival location please contact us and get our best offer.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can order and pay your transfer online on uber-airport-pula.com via PayPal or you can pay to the driver (cash payment) before departure.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passanger can carry his personal luggage (up to mid suitcase and personal hand bag or backpack). If you have more passangers and more luggage you could perhaps book an minivan transfer. If you are not sure about luggage entitlement please contact us to specify your needs.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

If you have chosen departure location Pula Airport your driver will wait for you in Airport building desk for passangers, holding a sign with your name on it. If you have chosen departure location different than Pula Airport your driver will wait you on chosen location point. You can choose location point when making booking or you can call us anytime.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you on selected location. If you cannot locate your driver you can call us by phone at any time and have accurate information about your driver’s location. You can be sure your driver is on time there for you.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size has changed it isn’t a problem just let us know via email or phone. Also if your group size has changed over 4 passangers and you have chosen private sedan transfer then you will have to take minivan transfer instead and you will pay only price difference between private sedan transfer and private minivan transfer. In some cases if your luggage does not fit to sedan car you will also take minivan instead with paying price difference between these transportation types.

How long will the transfer take?

Your transfer will take time, depending your location distance. You can be sure to enjoy fast and accurate service without expected delays.
